What does “for research use only” mean?

Our products are supplied strictly as laboratory reagents for scientific research carried out by qualified professionals. They are not medicines, not supplements, and are not supplied for human or veterinary use. We do not provide dosing guidance and cannot advise on administration.

Are your peptides independently tested?

Yes. Every production batch is analysed by an accredited independent laboratory using reversed-phase HPLC for purity and mass spectrometry for identity. The certificate for your batch is available from the batch lookup on this page.

How should material be stored?

Lyophilised peptides are supplied sealed and should be kept in a laboratory freezer at −20 °C, protected from light and moisture. Storage guidance for each compound is printed on the certificate of analysis.

How do I pay?

UK bank transfer or Bitcoin. We do not currently accept debit or credit cards. Full detail is on the How to Pay page.

Can I return an order?

Sealed, unopened vials can be returned within 14 days. Once a tamper seal is broken that vial cannot be returned, because these goods are sealed for health protection and hygiene reasons. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items are always put right. See the returns policy.
