Dispatch
Orders placed before 14:00 GMT on a working day are dispatched the same day, once payment has cleared. Orders paid after that, or at a weekend, are dispatched the next working day.

Packaging
Everything ships in plain, unbranded outer packaging. There is no indication of the contents or the sender on the outside of the parcel.
Material is supplied lyophilised and sealed. Where a compound requires it, orders are packed with a cold pack; this is a shipping precaution and does not indicate anything about the contents.

We ship within the United Kingdom.
International orders are welcome. Import rules for research materials differ by country, and you would be the importer of record and responsible for ensuring importation is lawful where you are, along with any duties or clearance charges.
If something goes wrong
If a tracked order has not arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier. Confirmed lost orders are reshipped free of charge or refunded in full.
For damage in transit, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs showing the outer packaging including the shipping label, the inner packaging, and the affected items.
