1. Cancelling before dispatch

You may cancel any order at any time before it is dispatched, for any reason. Email LSPeptideco@gmail.com with your order number. We will refund the full amount, including delivery, within 14 days.

2. The 14-day cancellation right

If you are a consumer, you have the right under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 to cancel your order within 14 days of the day you receive the goods, without giving a reason.

To cancel, tell us clearly before the 14 days expire. You must return the goods to us within 14 days of telling us you are cancelling. You pay the cost of return postage. We recommend a tracked service; the goods remain your responsibility until we receive them.

We will refund the price of the goods plus the basic outbound delivery charge, within 14 days of receiving the goods back or of you supplying proof of postage, whichever is earlier.

3. Important — the sealed goods exception

Your 14-day right to cancel does NOT apply to any vial whose tamper seal has been broken. This is because our products are supplied sealed for health protection and hygiene reasons and are not suitable for return once unsealed. This exception is set out in regulation 28(3)(a) of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

Once a seal is broken, that vial cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded under any circumstances, unless it is faulty or was not as described. Where an order contains several vials, this applies vial by vial.

4. Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods — your rights are unaffected

Nothing in this policy affects your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described.

We cannot and do not exclude these rights, and no other part of this policy overrides them.

How to report a problem

Contact LSPeptideco@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery for transit damage, or as soon as you become aware of any other fault. Please include your order number, a description of the problem, and photographs showing the outer packaging including the shipping label, the inner packaging, and the affected items.

Where a fault is confirmed, we pay return postage and refund in full, or replace, at your choice.

5. Lost or undelivered orders

If a tracked order has not arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, contact us. We will investigate with the carrier and, where the order is confirmed lost, reship free of charge or refund in full.

6. Refund method

Refunds are made by bank transfer to the account the payment came from, or to an account you nominate in writing. We do not charge a restocking or administration fee.

7. Trade and wholesale orders

This policy applies to consumers. Trade and wholesale customers are covered by our separate Wholesale Terms of Supply.
