Anyone can print a purity figure on a label. We publish the analysis behind it, tied to the batch in your hand, so the claim can be checked rather than trusted.

Release specification

Every batch must meet specification before it is released.

Test Method Specification
Identity Mass spectrometry Confirmed
Purity Reversed-phase HPLC ≥ [99]%
Appearance Visual White lyophilised powder
Elemental impurities ICP-MS Within limits
Endotoxins LAL Within limits

What the methods do

Reversed-phase HPLC separates the sample by how strongly its components bind to the column. The proportion of the total signal from the main peak is the purity figure.

Mass spectrometry measures molecular mass, confirming the compound is what the label says.

ICP-MS detects trace elemental impurities. LAL tests for bacterial endotoxins.

Our testing partner

Analysis is performed by Janoshik Analytical, an independent third-party testing laboratory.

Release process

  1. Material intake. Raw material is quarantined and identity-checked against supplier documentation before it enters production.
  2. In-house screening. Preliminary purity and appearance checks are recorded.
  3. Third-party analysis. The batch is sent for independent HPLC and mass spectrometry.
  4. Certificate issued. Results are compiled into a batch-specific certificate.
  5. Release. Only batches meeting specification are released for packing.

Storage and stability

Material is supplied lyophilised and sealed, and should be kept at −20 °C, protected from light and moisture. Storage conditions and a retest date are stated on the certificate for each batch.
