What does “for research use only” mean?

Our products are supplied strictly as laboratory reagents for scientific research by qualified professionals. They are not medicines, not supplements, and not supplied for human or veterinary use. We do not provide dosing guidance and cannot advise on administration.

Are your peptides independently tested?

Yes. Every production batch is analysed by an independent laboratory using reversed-phase HPLC for purity and mass spectrometry for identity. The certificate for your batch is available from the batch lookup.

How do I find my batch number?

It is printed on the vial label. Enter it on the certificates page.

How should material be stored?

Lyophilised and sealed, at −20 °C, protected from light and moisture. Conditions for each compound are on its certificate.

How do I pay?

UK bank transfer or Bitcoin. We do not currently accept cards. Full detail on the How to Pay page.

How long will you hold my order?

Five working days. Weekends and bank holidays are not counted.

When will my order be dispatched?

Same day for orders paid and cleared before 14:00 GMT on a working day.

Can I return an order?

Sealed, unopened vials can be returned within 14 days. Once a tamper seal is broken that vial cannot be returned, because these goods are sealed for health protection and hygiene reasons. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items are always put right.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. UK delivery is £10 and free on orders over £200. International delivery is £50 and free on orders over £400.

Can you advise on how to use these products?

No. We supply research materials and documentation only, and cannot give guidance on administration or use in or on any living organism.
